Where it all began…

I have been personally investing in property over the last 12 years. Initially I saw this as a way to financial security after my divorce in 2008. With many experiences along the way, including building my own home (huf haus Highcliffe 2006), I have developed a true passion and drive for investing in property, property development and coaching investors.

In 2017 I enrolled on an intensive property training and an 8 month mentoring programme to learn more about the different investing strategies and to expand my personal portfolio. Having worked very hard implementing my learning and taking massive action I now have a portfolio of properties using a variety of property investing strategies.

More recently I diversified my business and expanded into land development where my real passion lies for building bespoke, sustainable, energy efficient homes.

In 2017 Rachael undertook an intensive property training programme that saw her complete her training in:

• Houses in Multiple Occupancy

• Lease Options

• Distressed Property

• UK Property Investing Fundamentals

• Financing

• Serviced Accommodation

• Property Sourcing Compliance

Once completed Rachael then undertook an 8 month Intensive mentorship programme and over the next 2 years she successfully raised just under £2 million in investment finance and built a personal property portfolio of Buy To Lets, Houses in Multiple Occupancy and Serviced Accommodation.

Rachael continues with both her personal and professional development and is currently studying for her ICF Coaching Qualification.
