    Vibrant Properties only invests in the U.K so there is no remittance exchange risk. We receive funds in pound sterling. These funds are paid out in pound sterling on project costs. Interest payments and return of loans is also made in pound sterling.

  • Communication is at the heart of what we do. Prior to you loaning to Vibrant Properties we agree to what extent you want to be kept informed of your fund i.e monthly, quarterly or yearly. Angel funders can expect regular meetings, especially on larger projects. All property investments are agreed with legal loan agreements in place and regular statements are sent out.

  • We consider any property in any condition, residential or commercial. Land acquisition for development with or without planning permission will also be considered.
